SHIPPING

Orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days, orders placed on a Friday may not ship until the following Monday. We ship via UPS ground or USPS Priority the lower 48 states on many items. 

BACKORDERS

You will be notified by email if the item(s) ordered are temporarily out of stock or backordered.  If you wish to cancel that order you MUST CALL 937-452-5505, or email us otherwise it will remain on order.  We will not accept cancellations by voicemail or fax.

RETURNS

Items returned must be received within 15 days of purchase. Items must be received in a new, unused,unopened and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs. All returns require a 21% restocking fee and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued. Preble Diesel Performance does not accept returns on used items, custom painted products, or items shipped via freight truck. Preble Diesel Performance will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances.
